REINSW Buyers’ Agent Submission
The Submission highlights the areas of the legislation that are problematic in practice and require change, specifically a more accurate definition of what constitutes a buyers’ agent, to permit only those accredited as such to carry out the activities of a buyers’ agent and to allow buyers’ agents to receive referral fees.
The Submission aims to influence the topics in the Government’s Discussion Paper on the remake of the Property and Stock Agents legislation.
