Course Overview:
Are you a Class One or Two Real Estate Agent and would like to have a go at becoming a Buyers Agent.
This course looks at key aspects of the role of a Buyers Agent, including the all important qualifying a client,
improving client relationships and how to keep the client motivated and minimising your risks. You will also hear
how to accurately complete an exclusive Buyer's Agent Agency Agreement and why they are so crucial to your
success.
This course is designed to:
- Tips on the best way to qualify a client
- The five P's of an exclusive Buyer's Agent Agreement to ensure accuracy and success

Better understand the risks and activities involved in buying real estate, whilst working within the parameters of
legislation

Communication and motivation with your new and existing clients to achieve a strong and successful relationship
Learners will obtain a Statement of Attainment to hold the required units of competency to become a Buyer’s
Agent in NSW.

RPL and Credit Transfer:
CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice is eligible for Recognised Prior Learning.
RPL is a formal process which awards credit for knowledge and skills, or competencies acquired through previous
study, training, employment, or life experience. The RPL process strives to provide accurate and fair recognition
for prior knowledge and skills. RPL can be awarded against unit/units which comprise part or full qualification
under the scope of REINSW’s registration

CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice - General is eligible for Credit Transfer.
Learners that have completed units of competency through another RTO can apply for Credit transfer during the
enrolment process with REINSW. To apply for Credit Transfer, a Learner will need to complete the credit transfer
form that can be found by clicking the link below.
