Course Overview:
A course developed to meet NSW Fair Trading requirements for you to apply for a Real Estate Certificate of Registration and become an assistant agent in real estate, stock and station, or strata management. This course is
the stepping stone to your future career in the real estate industry.
A dedicated learner support officer & trainer assessor are not included with this course option. Where you require assistance for a learner support officer & trainer and assessor additional fees are payable.
To start working in real estate you will need a Certitficate of Registration.
Successful completion of the REINSW Assistant Agent Course will not only enable you to apply for a Certificate of Registration with
NSW Fair Trading but will also equip you with the skills and knowledge to be work ready to start your real estate career. It is also part of thtre full
Certificate IV - Real Estate Practice that you’ll need to complete to become a fully Licenced Real Estate
Agent. We advise you to read the full course details before enrolling into this course.
On completion of this course, Learners can apply for a Real Estate Certificate of Registration (COR) with Fair Trading NSW.

This is the online version of the Asssistant Agent/Certificate of Registration course.
Online learning is a method of learning where a Learner will use REINSW online platforms to complete this
modules workbook and assessment section. Online uses interactive online systems to ensure that you receive a
highly engaging and interesting learning experience. This style is also self-paced which is completed by the
Learner in their own time with little to no assistance from the RTO unless required.

Classroom and Zoom study options are also available for the Assistant Agent/Certificate of Registration course.
Zoom / Face-to-face is a method of learning where a Learner will attend a class with a Trainer & Assessor
either by Zoom or in person at our REINSW House training rooms. We have a set training calendar every year
that allows Learners to choose which course they would like to attend either in person or via Zoom to gain that valuable and advantageous one-on-one training
experience.

The Assistant Agent/Certificate of Registration course with REINSW is GST (Goods and Services Tax) free and is bound by the REINSW Training
refund and credit policy found on our policy page by clicking the link below. Access to the course will only be
provided once payment has been processed.

study, training, employment, or life experience. The RPL process strives to provide accurate and fair recognition
for prior knowledge and skills. RPL can be awarded against unit/units which comprise part or full qualification
under the scope of REINSW’s registration

Assistant Agent RPL
Assistant Agent/Certificate of Registration course is eligible for Credit Transfer.
Learners that have completed units of competency through another RTO can apply for Credit transfer during the
enrolment process with REINSW. To apply for Credit Transfer, a Learner will need to complete the credit transfer
form that can be found by clicking the link below.
Policy and forms
Once enrolled, your dedicated Learning Support Officer will discuss with you the opportunity to compete your studies
through either credit transfer or RPL.
