Yes. REINSW members can opt in to a pay-per-form REI Forms Live account. This is suitable for small agencies or agencies that don’t do a large volume of agreements.

For non-members, the REI Forms Live platform is not available. However, you are welcome to purchase single-use agreements from our PDF Agreements On Demand.

We no longer offer paper pads of forms or reusable forms due to constantly evolving compliance requirements and copyright.
Yes. REI Forms Live has an optional native digital signing service called Forms Live Sign. This can be added as an additional subscription for $350 per annum.
This covers unlimited* envelopes for all users within your REI Forms Live account as such this is usually a more economical solution for most users.
If you are a small agency or send a smaller number of forms and agreements, you can also opt for a pay-per-envelope cost with Forms Live Sign rather than a subscription. This is $3 per envelope and covers all signatures in the selected form.
Alternatively, if you already hold a DocuSign subscription, this can be connected to your REI Forms Live account and used to send digital signatures.

If you don’t see your CRM in the list, integrations can be custom built. Reach out to your CRM and have them contact REI Forms Live to discuss this option.
Yes. Within REI Forms Live, we have a complimentary form called General Cover Page. This can be used to upload your own PDF documents, place custom signing fields and send them for signing.
If you are using Forms Live Sign rather than DocuSign, you can also drag drop info request fields to create a fillable form.
Yes. The Forms and Agreements available within REI Forms Live are regularly reviewed and updated to be in line with the latest compliance requirements.
Should you be working on a form in draft when a compliance change is made, the system will warn you to update the form.
Yes. REI Forms Live has a feature called Templates.
Templates are preconfigured forms that can be set up to contain reusable, prefilled information. They allow you to quickly generate new forms for multiple transactions without having to reenter the same details each time.
