A course developed to meet NSW Fair Trading requirements for you to become an assistant agent. This course is
the stepping stone to your future real estate career.
A dedicated learner support officer & trainer assessor are included in this course fee.
To start working in real estate you will need a Certificate of Registration.
Successful completion of the REINSW Assistant Agent Course will not only enable you to apply for registration with
NSW Fair Trading but will also equip you with the skills and knowledge to be work ready. It is also part of the full
Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice that you’ll need to complete to become a fully Licenced Real Estate
Agent. We advise you to read full course details before enrolling into this course.
On completion of this course, Learners can apply for Certificate of Registration (COR) with Fair Trading NSW.

RPL and Credit Transfer:
Assistant Agent Course is eligible for Recognised Prior Learning.
RPL is a formal process which awards credit for knowledge and skills, or competencies acquired through previous
study, training, employment, or life experience. The RPL process strives to provide accurate and fair recognition
for prior knowledge and skills. RPL can be awarded against unit/units which comprise part or full qualification
under the scope of REINSW’s registration

Assistant Agent RPL
Assistant Agent Course is eligible for Credit Transfer.
Learners that have completed units of competency through another RTO can apply for Credit transfer during the
enrolment process with REINSW. To apply for Credit Transfer, a Learner will need to complete the credit transfer
form that can be found by clicking the link below.
Policy and forms
Once enrolled, your dedicated Learning Support Officer will discuss with you the opportunity to compete your studies
through either credit transfer or RPL.
