REINSW and The Law Society of NSW have released the new 2015 edition of the Contract for Sale of Business.
The new contract is available in electronic format only via the Electronic Contract for Sale (ECOS) portal.
The contract has been updated to incorporate changes to legislation and to reflect common practice. A summary of the main changes is available on the ECOS portal.
Existing copies of the 2004 edition of the Contract for Sale of Business may be used, however this edition of the contract will no longer be produced by REINSW and The Law Society.
