Property reports have been made easier with the integration of APM PriceFinder into Real Estate Institute of New South Wales’ online real estate agreements and forms system.
REINSW President Malcolm Gunning said the strategic partnership between APM PriceFinder and REI Forms Live would benefit agents who use the system.

APM PriceFinder Head of Product & Technology Colin Wilson said the application allows agents to research the full sale history of a property and then develop a property report with the data.
“Simple and easy to use, agents can utilise the information for an appraisal or CMA with the data self-generating into REI Forms Live.
Reports that will benefit from the integration include the Exclusive Sales Agency Agreement and the Sales Inspection Report.
“Property Managers will also be able to populate rental forms as
APM PriceFinder provides rental information,” Mr Wilson said.
APM PriceFinder has joined a growing number of systems which have linked with
REI Forms Live including MyDesktop, Agentbox, Rockend’s REST system and Console’s GatewayLive.
