A property manager's review of Inspect Live

Earlier this year, REINSW launched an update version of REI Inspect Live. Now known as (just) Inspect Live, the app has new features making it even easier for property managers to conduct condition reports.

Why should you use Inspect Live?

We could give you the promotional spiel about the benefits and features of Inspect Live, but instead we asked one of the app's biggest fans, Jodi Young, Property Manager and Licensed Real Estate Agent from Valla Real Estate in Valla Beach on NSW’s mid-north coast.

“Inspect Live is convenient, mobile and easy-to-use,” she says. “The convenience of being able to take an iPad and do the work once is invaluable – no having to return to the office and type it out again."

Young likes Inspect live so much, between April and November 2018, she has used it to create condition reports 153 times.

“It has freed up so much of my time,” she continues. “I can now get an ingoing done in half the time it would normally take. And because everything is saved directly to Forms Live, it’s secure and easy to refer back to.

“Inspect Live saves me time daily, which means I can focus on my clients instead of on filing paperwork.”

Ok, now the features and benefits

Inspect Live is simple, customisable and easy-to-use – and it fully integrates with REI Forms Live.

The app is online first, meaning you can easily create and complete forms entirely offline. You can then use WiFi or mobile data to upload your forms to REI Forms Live safely and securely.

Inspect Lives allows you to create custom reports, customise inspection items and add photos all in a matter of minutes. Plus, you can add unique rooms and re-use tenant data.

Trial Inspect Live for free

REI Inspect Live users and new users can trial Inspect Live free for one month when they download the app.

If you’d like to take advantage of the benefits of the new Inspect Live, simply visit the App Store or Google Play, download the app then subscribe to Inspect Live within the account details area of your REI Forms Live account.

At the end of your trial, you will then need to subscribe to continue using the app.
