REI Forms Live (known as Realworks in Queensland), the industry-leading solution for online real estate agreements and forms, has produced its 10 millionth form.

The system, created by the Real Estate Institutes in collaboration with Australian software developer Dynamic Methods, is utilised by over 35,000 users in 7,000 agencies across Australia.

It integrates with REST Professional, Agentbox, Console, MyDesktop, RP Professional, and APM PriceFinder, as well as a number of other services. 
 

REINSW CEO Tim McKibbin said REINSW has been a keen supporter and promoter of REI Forms Live since its inception.

“It first went live in February 2010 and was quickly taken up by many of our member agencies in NSW. Since then it has been rolled out by most of the REIs across Australia,” Mr McKibbin said.

“REI Forms Live has doubled its user-base in the past two years, with REIQ, REIACT and REIT coming on board. The creation of the 10 millionth agreement is a major milestone.

“This world-leading technology is having a significant impact on our industry. The feedback from our members has been extremely positive.

“Agency efficiency, time management and client service have all improved markedly by using this great product,” Mr McKibbin said
