Property, stock and business agents fees for services provided by NSW Fair Trading have changed.

The fees are reviewed every year and were changed on 1 July 2016 to reflect the rise in the Consumer Price Index.

This also includes changes to other service fees that NSW Fair Trading provides, including conveyancers licensing, home building, landlord and tenant and strata.

Some of the licence renewal services are available online and include a 10% discount to the processing fee.
