REINSW has amended the Strata Exclusive Management Agency Agreement (owners corporation) to reflect the new strata legislation which started on 30 November 2016.

The form (FM00500) has been made available on REI Forms Live to comply with the new strata legislation.

REINSW has also created a new Proxy Appointment Form (FL00010) to record who the owners of lots appoint as their proxy for purposes of meetings of the owners corporation.

 Some of the changes to the Strata Exclusive Management Agency Agreement include:

• Reporting on commissions 
• Terms of agreement 
• Agent’s remuneration
• Work health and safety 
• Tenant’s meetings
• Inspections and supply of records
• Preparation and supply of certificates.
