Meet the presenters
Hayden Bennett is the Licensee and Managing Director (Southern Sydney) for Commercial Property Group which he founded at 23 years of age. Since then, he has gone on to enjoy a series of professional successes. With close to a decade in real estate, Hayden has acquired demonstrated expertise in all areas of commercial - industrial property. Hayden now has the distinction of being the youngest Managing Director of a commercial real estate agency in Southern Sydney.
Barry Cawthorn is an Industrial Property Specialist. He is currently a Managing Director and majority owner at Bawdens Industrial, a company that completes over 250 transactions in the industrial property market every year. Bawdens Industrial is one of Sydney’s largest SME business property asset managers. Barry's role includes him securing major agency appointments, developing new clients, alligning the company internally and externally and setting the tone for the companies values and culture.
