Meet the presenters
Shane Foley is the Director of BIV Reports Pty Limited. Shane’s 20-year property career includes experience as a property manager for a busy inner city real estate office with a portfolio of approximately 350 properties, office manager for the property management department and a successful salesperson in the competitive eastern suburbs of Sydney until 2007, at which time he established BIV Reports Pty Limited.
Shane is qualified as a registered valuer, licensed auctioneer and licensed strata agent.
Christine Nesbit is the Principal and Licensee in charge of Albury Wodonga Real Estate.
Christine is fully licensed as a Strata Manager, and Stock and Station agent as well as a licensed Auctioneer.
Christine is a member of the Strata Chapter Committee of the REINSW and a member of the Waratah Network through the REINSW.
