This is a must for all sales agents.

We all know that property is often a person’s most valuable asset. And we all know that sometimes life isn’t perfect.

Therefore it is no surprise that, on occasions, the agents responsible for selling a property find themselves on the wrong end of a negligence claim by a buyer or seller.

This webinar, led by one of Australia’s leading professional indemnity lawyers, is designed to help you understand some of the more common risks and how to avoid them by the use of specific case studies of some recent negligence cases brought against real estate agents in Australia.

In particular the webinar will cover:

Pitfalls in brochure preparation
Clarifying the property information provided
Checking contractual provisions – is this an agent’s obligation or the lawyers?
When to use qualifications and disclaimers
The risks in relying on "Third Party" information, or experts

You will leave this webinar with practical steps that you can take to reduce your risks of being exposed to a costly, time-consuming and reputation-damaging negligence claim.

If you are a sales agent then you need to attend this webinar.
