Discover everything you need to know to shine as a property manager

In this comprehensive five-day course, you'll learn how to build a successful career as a property manager. 

From managing tenancies to planning for rental reviews and tenancy renewals, Property Management Essentials covers it all. You'll also receive guidance about effectively handling maintenance issues and master the fundamentals of dealing with the NCAT. 

When you successfully complete this course and the underpinning in and out of class assessments, you will gain a Statement of Attainment for four of the units required for your full Real Estate Licence. 

Prerequisite 
Prior to attending this course, you must complete the Certificate of Registration Course.

If you are new to the real estate industry we recommend you complete List and Market Property Essentials prior to completing this course.

  • Real estate agents who want to move into property management
  • Property managers who want to refresh their knowledge of practices, procedures and legislative obligations as required for a Real Estate Licence
  • Individuals who have recently completed their Certificate of Registration Course and are interested in working as a property manager
