The Contract for the Sale of Land 2005 sets out the clear terms and conditions agreed upon between the buyer and seller. Knowing how to use the Contract is critical for every sales agent.
The latest revision of the Contract takes into account important changes to legislation and procedures since the last edition was published in 2014. The role of the buyers’ agent, the importance of deposit bonds and the introduction of electronic conveyancing have all impacted the contents of this key document.

Meet the Presenter
Gary Newton is a partner in the property and development team at Colin Biggers & Paisley. He has been practising in the area of property law for over 30 years, providing advice on a wide range of matters to businesses, government and individuals. Gary has been an accredited specialist in property law since 1994. He is the author of a number of books and numerous articles on a variety of property law topics.
