In order to obtain your Real Estate Licence, you must complete the education program as prescribed by NSW Fair Trading. The CPP40307 Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) is the qualification required by NSW Fair Trading to issue a Real Estate Licence.

What is the best way to get qualified?

You can attain this qualification by successfully completing all courses in the REINSW Real Estate Licence program over a period of 12 months. You can enrol at any point in the year and the clusters do not need to be completed in any particular order.

Recognition of prior learning (RPL) is a process by which your existing skills, knowledge, and experience gained throughout your life, regardless of how these were acquired, are recognised towards the achivements of a Nationally Recognised Qualification or Statement of Attainment (SoA).
