Continuing Professional Development (CPD) has changed. Completing 12 CPD points per year is a thing of the past and all agents need to understand what their obligations are in accordance with their classification in the licensing structure.

ALL agents who hold a Class 1 or Class 2 licence MUST complete their annual CPD obligations before 23 March 2021 – time is running out so it’s time to ACT NOW!
