MORNING SESSION - FOR PROPERTY MANAGERS
7:30am Registration. Session from 8am - 12pm.
If you are a Property Manager please register for the morning session. Topics will include:
- Review of relevant changes to regulations and legislation

- Cyber Security and Fraud Prevention
- PLUS new Rental Fairness Bill reforms... what you need to know and how they will impact you!
AFTERNOON SESSION - FOR SALES AGENTS
1:30pm Registration. Session from 2pm - 6pm.
If you are a Sales Agent please register for the afternoon session. Topics will include:
- Contracts for sale of land
- Privacy, proof of ID, Cyber Security, fraud prevention and data collection
WEDNESDAY 25 OCTOBER
MORNING - FOR STOCK AND STATION AGENTS
7:30 registration. Session from 8am - 12pm
This session will satisfy the 3 additional topics required for Stock and Station Agents through interactive education as determined by Fair Trading NSW. Topics will include:
- Mandatory Implementation Plan - electronic Identification (eID)
- Bio Security
- Supervision Guidelines
Important: Dual Stock & Station licence holders attending both the afternoon sales session on 24th and the Stock and Station morning session on 25th will meet all CPD requirements.
