In-room vs. On-site auctions

In-room vs. On-site auctions
Selling your home at auction has a raft of well-known benefits. But when it comes to the auction itself, where is the best place to hold an auction and why? Three expert auctioneers are going to share hands on advice and take you through the pros and cons of both methods.

Where is the best place to hold an auction and why? It’s a question that salespeople are often asked by their vendor. Often the response will be the deciding factor as to whether the vendor will agree to sell by auction.

Our three expert auctioneers Briannan Davis, Jesse Davidson and Leon Axford are going to share hands on advice and take you through the pros and cons of both methods.

Topics will include:
  • Pros and cons of in-room and on-site auctions
