Meet the presenters
Michael Carolan is a real estate agent with over 30 years of experience as an agent, agency owner and auctioneer. Michael is an expert in interpreting the complexities and unique attributes of the retail, commercial and industrial property sectors.
Michael is currently the commercial sales and leasing executive for a major Raine and Horne office in Sydney. He is also a qualified trainer and assessor.
Kristie Lorenz has more than 12 years’ experience in the real estate industry, having specialised in commercial and industrial property for the first five years of her career before moving into the high end residential market. She is a licensed real estate agent, a qualified trainer and assessor and holds a degree in communications.
