The introduction of the Fair Work Act in 2010 resulted in the introduction of a set of minimum employment arrangements applicable throughout Australia. These statutory provisions are called National Employment Standards (NES) and apply to all workers in all industries.

In this webinar, we will explain the application of each of the 10 NES with an emphasis on those standards which are causing the most concern for the businesses community.
