The Contract for Sale of Land 2005 sets out the clear terms and conditions agreed upon between the buyers and seller. Knowing how to use the Contract is critical for every sales agent.

The latest revision of the Contract takes into account important changes to legislation and procedures since the last edition was published in 2005. The role of the buyers’ agent, the importance of deposit bonds and the introduction of electronic conveyancing have all impacted the contents of this key document.

What you’ll learn
In this one-hour webinar, you’ll learn about the major changes to the Contract for Sale that you need to be aware of as an agent and how the changes will impact you and your clients.
