The four-day Property Sales Essentials course has been specifically designed for agents with a passion for sales.
You'll learn everything you need to know about the sales process, from the fundamental requirements and obligations for a successful sale to the steps involved in ensuring a streamlined and effortless settlement.
You'll also discover how to be a proficient and attentive negotiator, and find out how to prepare to auction a property.
When you successfully complete this course and the underpinning in and out of class assessments, you will gain a Statement of Attainment for three of the units required for your full Real Estate Licence.
Prerequisite
Prior to attending this course, you must:
- complete the Certificate of Registration Course and List and Market Property Essentials; or
- hold a current Real Estate Licence.
