Master the complex legal framework impacting your work as an agent.
This three-day course will provide you with a broad knowledge of the legal framework impacting you and your daily work practices.
You’ll learn everything there is to know about how real estate legislation is formulated and finalised, and how to interpret legislation and apply it to your work. The methods you can employ to accurately record workplace risks as they occur will also be covered, along with the preventative measures you can employ to minimise those risks and how to apply them in order to manage and resolve conflicts.
Prerequisites
Prior to attending this course, you must complete a certificate of registration course.

- Individuals who have recently completed a certificate of registration course and want to gain a better understanding of legislation and how it impacts upon agents and agency practice.
- Agents who want to move into compliance and business management.
