You already know you can complete your agreements and forms online with REI Forms Live using your PC, Mac, laptop, iPad or Android tablet.
Most agents already use Docusign…but did you know you can sign your REI forms electronically or via DocuSign through Forms Live, making the process even easier for you and your client?
Once you finalise the form, click the ‘signing’ button at the top and choose to ‘Sign-on Screen’ – the equivalent to using a pen & paper – or ‘Remote Sign’ and use DocuSign to email the recipient and sign remotely.
Plus, if you use Sign-on Screen or DocuSign for your sales agreements – SA00100, SA00200, SA00300 and/or SA00600 – as soon as your vendor signs the agreement, the nominated conveyancer/solicitor will be automatically notified of the listing and asked to confirm instructions with the vendor and start preparing the contract of sale.
Sign-on screen is FREE with REI Forms Live and if you sign up for DocuSign directly within your REI Forms Live account, it is available at a substantial discount from the DocuSign retail price.
All you need to do is click your account details in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen, select ‘User Addons’ and follow the prompts to purchase a DocuSign annual subscription.
The DocuSign annual subscription price is increasing on 1st August 2023. If you haven’t signed up already, do it by 31st July 2023 to secure current prices for the next 12 months.
