    If you’ve never had an REI Compliance Check before, this is the option for you. It will provide you with a clear baseline for your agency’s compliance going forward.

  • Follow up Check

    Once you’ve addressed areas of non-compliance identified in the Initial Check, you can register for a Follow-up Check to assess if those non-compliances have been rectified.

  • Annual Check

    An Annual Check will ensure that your agency remains compliant going forward and that the work you’ve done with the Initial Check and Follow-up Check continues to be implemented.

When your payment confirmation has been received, you’ll receive an email with a link to direct you to a Registration Form. Once submitted, we’ll contact you to confirm the timing for the online compliance check and follow-up about any outstanding documents or information required. 

Based on the documents and information provided when completing the Registration Form, an REINSW Compliance Consultant will assess your agency’s compliance against certain criteria and deliver a comprehensive report with their findings. 

Instances of non-compliance detected will be identified and comments will be provided to guide you to improve your agency’s compliance. We firmly believe that it’s time and effort well spent.

If you’re an REINSW member and you’ve never had an REI Compliance Check before, this is the option for you. It will provide you with a clear baseline for your agency’s compliance going forward.

Once you’ve addressed areas of non-compliance identified in the Initial Check, you can register for a Follow-up Check to assess if those non-compliances have been rectified. 

Choose the same package for your Follow-up Check as completed for your Initial Check.

  • Agency – The REINSW Compliance Consultant will review, against certain criteria, those areas of non-compliance identified in the Initial Check that you have rectified, to assist with ensuring your agency is compliant, including (as applicable to your Follow-up Check) agency signage, corporation licence/s, agent licences and certificates, continuing professional development, professional indemnity insurance and Supervision Guidelines.
  • Agency & Sales – Everything in the Agency package PLUS the REINSW Compliance Consultant will review, against certain criteria, those areas of non-compliance in the sales file that were identified in the Initial Check and that you have rectified, to assist with ensuring your agency is compliant.
