- Agreement to Bid at Auction (SA00045)
This agreement authorises a buyers’ agent to attend and bid at the nominated auction on behalf of the purchaser. The agreement should be used when a buyer wants to engage a buyers’ agent just for the purpose of bidding at auction, and where they don’t need or want the balance of the buyers’ agent’s services. The agreement confirms the buyer’s instructions, identifies the authorised bidder, sets out the fees and scope of authority strictly for the purpose of participating in the auction.
