Despite marginal improvement, NSW rental crisis continues to intensify as rental vacancy rates fluct

In the March 2024 REINSW Vacancy Rate Survey results there was a modest increase in vacancies observed across some metropolitan and regional areas, however elsewhere vacancies haven’t budged with the rental crisis persisting in many areas.
