The Buyers Agent chapter represents professionals who act exclusively for property buyers. It brings together members who specialise in sourcing, evaluating and negotiating property on behalf of buyers. The chapter supports high standards of professionalism, transparency and consumer protection, and advises REINSW on regulation, education and market issues affecting buyers agents. The Buyers Agent Committee is made up of experienced buyers agents from across NSW. The committee provides a direct voice for members, monitors regulatory and market change, and offers practical advice to REINSW on policy, training and guidance that supports ethical, compliant and effective buyer representation.
