REINSW ASSISTANT AGENT / CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION COURSE
This class/zoom course option DOES INCLUDE a dedicated trainer and learner support officer in the fee. You can choose either Classroom via Zoom, Classroom in person or online (with support).

Course Overview:

A course developed to meet NSW Fair Trading requirements for you to become an assistant agent. This course is the stepping stone to your future real estate career. 

A dedicated learner support officer & trainer assessor are included in this course fee.

To start working in real estate you will need a Certificate of Registration. 

Successful completion of the REINSW Assistant Agent Course will not only enable you to apply for registration with NSW Fair Trading but will also equip you with the skills and knowledge to be work ready. It is also part of the full Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice that you’ll need to complete to become a fully Licenced Real Estate Agent. We advise you to read full course details before enrolling into this course.

On completion of this course, Learners can apply for Certificate of Registration (COR) with Fair Trading NSW.

Once enrolled, our learners can choose the best way that best suits them to study. This means that once you have access to our Learning management system, you can either:

Distance learning  Distance learning is a method of learning where a Learner will use the training resources provided to work through the learning modules workbook and assessment section at the Learners own pace, within their own time with little to no assistance from the RTO unless required.
 online course Online learning is a method of learning where a Learner will use REINSW online platforms to complete this modules workbook and assessment section. Online uses interactive online systems to ensure that you receive a highly engaging and interesting learning experience. This style is also self-paced which is completed by the Learner in their own time with little to no assistance from the RTO unless required. View the online version of this course.
 face-to-face course Zoom / Face-to-face is a method of learning where a Learner will attend a class with a Trainer & Assessor either by Zoom or in person at our REINSW House training rooms. We have a set training calendar every year that allows Learners to choose which course they would like to attend to gain that one-on-one training experience.  BLENDED LEARNING Blended means that REINSW provides you as the Learner the opportunity to mix up your training delivery method. This means that as you continue to study through your course, you will have the ability to swap and change through the different training delivery methods mentioned above. For more information, please contact your Learner Support Officer.

We call this blended learning, provide our learners the ability to swap and change the way they would like to learn as they progress through their course.
