  • Why a pre-sale due diligence is important if you want to get the best sale price. 
  • What a buyer looks for in due diligence and how this impacts your sale.
  • The different exit strategies and choosing which is best for you to achieve your goals.
  • The sale process and the terms of sale that are critical to a successful exit strategy.

3 x 45 min sessions plus panel for Q&A: 

  • Show me the money! What is my agency worth? 
  • Due Diligence – the Good, the Bad and the OMG. 
  • Get that deal done! Determining your exit strategy and your terms of sale. 

Panel: In this interactive session you will have the opportunity to ask our experts questions and pick their brain on your exit strategy and factors that impact the value of your agency.
