REINSW - Presenting at NCAT - Short Course
The NSW Civil and Administration Tribunal (NCAT) is a formal court style hearing where judgements are made based on clear, concise information provided by both parties. This course is to train real estate agents in the requirements to present at the NCAT by providing property managers the tools, skills, and knowledge to prepare files, complete applications to NCAT and to present the case formally to a member of NCAT.
