The three (3) units of competency included within this CPD bundle provide the Sell Property units for Real Estate being the following:

CPPREP4103 - Establish vendor relationships

This unit specifies the skills and knowledge required to establish vendor relationships to support property sales.

It includes planning activities to achieve property listings, confirming vendor needs and expectations, preparing and conducting a listing presentation, completing a listing agreement and planning for ongoing communication and records management associated with the vendor relationship.

CPPREP4104 - Establish buyer relationships

This unit specifies the skills and knowledge required to establish, develop and manage positive relationships with buyers.

It includes establishing an understanding of buyer needs and expectations, matching these to property, and maintaining relationships and records of engagement with buyers throughout the buying process.

CPPREP4105 – Sell property

This unit specifies the skills and knowledge required to sell property by methods including private treaty, auction and other negotiations.

It includes presenting property for sale, negotiating sales between vendors and buyers, and facilitating completion of contracts.

On completion of this course, Learners will gain a statement of attainment that can be used for credit transfer or RPL into the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.

Once enrolled, our learners can choose the best way that best suits them to study. This means that once you have access to our Learning management system, you can either:

  Distance learning is a method of learning where a Learner will use the training resources provided to work through the learning modules workbook and assessment section at the Learners own pace, within their own time with little to no assistance from the RTO unless required.
  Online learning is a method of learning where a Learner will use REINSW online platforms to complete this modules workbook and assessment section. Online uses interactive online systems to ensure that you receive a highly engaging and interesting learning experience. This style is also self-paced which is completed by the Learner in their own time with little to no assistance from the RTO unless required.
  Zoom / Face-two-face is a method of learning where a Learner will attend a class with a Trainer & Assessor either by Zoom or in person at our REINSW House training rooms. We have a set training calendar every year that allows Learners to choose which course they would like to attend to gain that one-on-one training experience.   Blended means that REINSW provides you as the Learner the opportunity to mix up your training delivery method. This means that as you continue to study through your course, you will have the ability to swap and change through the different training delivery methods mentioned above.
