Assistant Agents that complete this course with REINSW will meet the annual CPD requirements of three (3) units of
competency from the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real estate Practice.
The three (3) units of competency included within this CPD bundle provide the Property Management Two units for Real

|
This unit specifies the skills and knowledge required to manage a tenancy.
It includes timely and effective communication with tenant, landlord and other stakeholders and the
management of rent payments, arrears, routine inspections, repairs, maintenance, tenancy renewals, rent
increases and tenancy agreement breaches.

CPPREP4124 - End tenancy
|
This unit specifies the skills and knowledge required to finalise a tenancy.
It includes determining circumstances in which tenancy agreements may be ended, processes and documentation
to end tenancy agreements, processes to re-let property and issues that may arise from termination of
tenancy agreements.

CPPREP4102 – Market property
|
This unit specifies the skills and knowledge required to market property for sale or lease.
It includes interpreting a property appraisal report, negotiating an agreed marketing plan for a property
with clients, preparing marketing materials, securing marketing resources, implementing marketing
activities, accessing and using agency data on target markets, reviewing effectiveness of the marketing plan
and activities and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing activities.

On completion of this course, Learners will gain a statement of attainment that can be used for credit transfer or
RPL into the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.

CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice is eligible for Recognised Prior Learning.
RPL is a formal process which awards credit for knowledge and skills, or competencies acquired through previous
study, training, employment, or life experience. The RPL process strives to provide accurate and fair recognition
for prior knowledge and skills. RPL can be awarded against unit/units which comprise part or full qualification
under the scope of REINSW’s registration

CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice - General is eligible for Credit Transfer.
Learners that have completed units of competency through another RTO can apply for Credit transfer during the
enrolment process with REINSW. To apply for Credit Transfer, a Learner will need to complete the credit transfer
form that can be found by clicking the link below.
