This unit specifies the skills and knowledge required to conduct transactions in real estate trust accounts.
It includes identifying the purpose and types of property trust accounts, applying agency controls to transactions in property trust accounts for specific purposes, balancing, reconciling and reporting on trust account transactions, and maintaining records of trust account transactions.

On completion of this course, Learners will gain a statement of attainment that can be used for credit transfer or RPL into the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.

for prior knowledge and skills. RPL can be awarded against unit/units which comprise part or full qualification
under the scope of REINSW’s registration

Learners that have completed units of competency through another RTO can apply for Credit transfer during the
enrolment process with REINSW. To apply for Credit Transfer, a Learner will need to complete the credit transfer
