Forms system enhanced for real estate professionals

5 February 2014
The latest technology around electronic forms and signatures is being developed for the use by real estate professionals on their tablets and smartphones, according to the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales.

REINSW CEO Tim McKibbin said REINSW and Australian software programming company Dynamic Methods are working with Institutes in other states and territories to make processes more efficient.

“We are working closely with REISA and their REI FormsNow system, REIWA and Real Form, and REINT’s Dynamic Forms, as well our own REI Forms Live, which are constantly being updated and improved,” Mr McKibbin said.

“Our agents are incredibly mobile and the new technologies designed by Dynamic Methods helps cut down on environmental wastage, time, duplication of tasks and ultimately reduce costs.

“The forms can also be quickly and easily personalised by each agency, which is something our members have called for. The focus has been to deliver solutions identified by member.”

Dynamic Methods Managing Director David Howell said that developers were responding to requirements and issues that have been flagged by users.

“Our roadmap is flexible. When we get feedback we table that internally and make changes in regard to what real estate professionals want and need,” Mr Howell said.

“Throughout the year, new developments will be rolled out across the states and we look forward to helping real estate professionals out in the field with easier to update forms. These benefits are passed on to the consumer who will see a more streamlined process.”
