President Elect
REINSW’s President Elect was named as Leanne Pilkington, Managing Director at Laing+Simmons. Leanne will become the President from November 2017.
She added: “I’m both honoured and excited to have been elected to the position of REINSW President Elect, and I’m looking forward to taking up the position in 12 months’ time.
“Both John and I are passionate about improving the perception of agents. The reforms currently before parliament are the perfect platform to improve education, qualifications and standards across the industry, and the first step towards becoming a profession.
“When I become President in November 2017 I will be only the second woman to do so. I hope that this will inspire other women to put their hands up for leadership roles at REINSW and elsewhere.”
