It can be tempting for sellers to accept an early offer, however there are a lot of factors you need to consider before you do.

The decision should be based on the most relevant data. There is, though, so much data it is often confusing.

This is where you need to speak to your real estate agent who is constantly collecting data and knows how to interpret it. 

The agent will compare similar sales, understand the current market interest, economic influences and of course how your property is affected in the current market condition.

The agent will collate and present the into a consumable and relevant product which is easy to evaluate and understand.

So use your agent as your trusted advisor, and you can be confident that you’re selling at the right price.
