Changes to Regulations withing Strata Management
The purpose of this course is to keep real estate agents up to date with changes to the regulations and legislation is essential for licensees to understand in carrying out their day-to-day tasks. This unit covers relevant changes to the regulations and legislation that have occurred in the last 12 months, or will occur in during the CPD year, that would impact this licence category in conducting their duties as a Strata Managing Agent.
Electric Vehicles (EV) infrastructure in strata
The purpose of this course is to provide real estate agents with an overview of the obligations of a Strata Managing Agent when dealing with the infrastructure for electric vehicle charging stations.
Importance of the Supervision Guidelines
The purpose of this course is to provide real estate agents with an overview an employee and supervisor’s obligations under the Property and Stock Agents Act 2002 and Property and Stock Agents Regulation 2022.
Courses are delivered via interactive elearning, video and supporting tools and checklists.
