Course Overview:
The purpose of this course is to train real estate agents in the requirements of implementing a risk management
framework in accordance with ISO31000:2018.
By implementing this framework, real estate agencies will have a complete risk assessment package to be able to
effectively manage hazards within the day-to-day activities of the business, minimising the potential risk to
people, environment and infrastructure while embedding risk management principles into strategic business
planning.
This course provides a practical experience in the steps that are needed to comply with the ISO31000:2018
standard for risk management while ensuring that these principles are used during the implementation and ongoing
maintenance of the Supervision Guidelines.
