About the Strata Mangagement Chapter

The Strata Management chapter represents professionals who manage strata and community schemes.
It brings together members responsible for governance, compliance, financial management and stakeholder engagement within strata schemes. The chapter supports best practice, legislative understanding and professional standards, and advises REINSW on regulation, education and sector issues affecting strata management.

The Strata Management Committee is made up of experienced strata management practitioners from across NSW.
The committee represents member perspectives, monitors legislative and regulatory change, and provides practical advice to REINSW on policy, training and guidance that supports effective, compliant and transparent strata management.
