Terms and Conditions for REINSW App Competition: WIN 1 of 5 Tickets to REINSW Commercial Agent Summit 2024 or What’s The Future Tour 2024 Promoter The promoter of this competition is the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales (REINSW), located at 30-32 Wentworth Avenue, Sydney NSW 2000. Eligibility Entry is open to Australian residents who are 18 years or older. Employees of REINSW, its affiliated entities, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Competition Period The competition commences at 9:00 AM AEDT on 10 October 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM AEDT on 20 October 2024. How to Enter 1. To enter the competition, participants must: 2. Download the REINSW App, and 3. Log in to the app during the competition period. Each successful login will be considered one (1) entry. Multiple entries are not allowed; there must only be one entry per participant. Prizes There are five (5) individual prizes available. Each winner will receive one (1) ticket to either the REINSW Commercial Agent Summit 2024 or the REINSW What’s The Future Tour 2024. The ticket cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other goods and services. The prize is subject to availability and valid only for the 2024 event dates. Selection of Winners Five (5) winners will be randomly drawn from all valid entries on 21 October 2024 at REINSW offices. Winners will be notified by email or phone within two (2) business days of the draw. Claiming the Prize Winners must claim their prize by responding to REINSW’s notification within seven (7) days. If a winner does not claim the prize within this timeframe, REINSW reserves the right to select an alternative winner. Publicity By entering this competition, entrants consent to the use of their name and image in any promotional material by REINSW, without compensation. Privacy All personal information provided by entrants will be handled in accordance with REINSW’s Privacy Policy, available on the REINSW website. General REINSW reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash. Entrants agree to comply with all event terms and conditions as stated by the event organisers.
