If an error message appears when you enter your username and password, double check that there are no spaces, underscores or apostrophes in your username and password (as these are not accepted characters). Also check that you are using the correct case, as your username and password are case sensitive.
If this doesn't solve the problem, you can have your username and password emailed to you. It's as easy as clicking here (or by using the 'Forgotten username and/or password' link on the REINSW homepage). Once you have entered your email address, click the 'Email me' button. An email will be sent to your inbox advising you of your username and password.
