REINSW Mentoring Program
The REINSW Mentoring Program brings together enthusiastic up-and-coming agents seeking guidance and support with real estate professionals eager to contribute to the knowledge and experience of those just starting out in their careers.

At the core of the mentoring relationship is the dynamic between the mentor and the mentee, where the development of the mentee is the key focus.

What’s involved?

The REINSW Mentoring Program runs for 12 months.

Throughout the 12 months, mentors and mentees are expected to meet a minimum of six times to provide the mentee with guidance and insight, and discuss issues.

While at the end of the Program the official mentoring relationship finishes, individual mentors and mentees may mutually agree to continue the mentoring relationship.

Who is a mentor?

A mentor is an experienced industry professional who shares their experience and knowledge by offering guidance and support to up-and-coming agents.
