Winners announced in the 2011 REINSW Awards for Excellence

The winners of the 2011 REINSW Awards for Excellence showcase the highest achievers in their chosen field of endeavor – be it residential sales, commercial leasing, property management, auctioneering and everything in between.
“All the finalists in the 2011 REINSW Awards for Excellence were of such a high standard that, in my view, they are all winners,” said REINSW President Wayne Stewart.
“To reach this level of professional recognition before their peers is an extraordinary achievement and they should all take a bow.
“Those who have taken out the Award in their category truly reflect the highest possible standard of professional expertise, talent and skill.
“From those just starting out in their career to some legends of the real estate industry, the 2011 winners of the Awards for Excellence are deserving of the highest honour that we can bestow.
“All our winners exemplify the highest levels of service standards and innovation that continue to drive the real estate profession in New South Wales from strength to strength.
“REINSW is incredibly proud to have representatives of this high standard working in the community and I congratulate all our winners,” said Mr Stewart.

Winner: Steve Martin
The Woodrow Weight Award is REINSW’s greatest honour. Awarded for outstanding contribution to real estate agency practice, the recipient each year of the Woodrow Weight Award is selected by the President.
Steve Martin was awarded this honour in 2011 for his outstanding efforts over many years.
“Steve has been an invaluable contributor to the betterment of REINSW, being a member for 20 years and an inspiring President between 2007 and 2009 during the turbulent period of the Global Financial Crisis," said REINSW President Wayne Stewart.
“The true meaning of the Woodrow Weight Award is really about leadership and Steve Martin is a true leader, be it in his role as an agent, as a valued member of the REINSW or as a fierce advocate for the profession we all love.
“In some small way, this award recognises Steve’s years of service and contribution, and on behalf of the entire REINSW I congratulate him on this enormous achievement.”
