Recently, the Strata Management Chapter has contributed to a comprehensive redraft of the REINSW Management Agency Agreement - Owners Corporation. The redraft updates the agreement and makes it more user friendly.Proposed changes to licensing scheme for NSW strata managers
REINSW recently met with representatives of the Better Regulation Office - Department of Premier and Cabinet, in relation to government proposals to review the current licensing scheme for strata managers in NSW. REINSW has also lodged a written submission with the Office. We will keep members informed regarding any developments.
