The list attached has been prepared by the President of the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales in accordance wtih Section 72AB(2) of the Retail Leases Act 1994.

The members of the Institute appearing on the list have advised the Institute that they meet the requirements of the definition of a "specialist retail valuer" as set out in Section 3 of the Retail Leases Act 1994.
