With more than 40 years experience, Tim Anderson is well known throughout the industry as the person to contact when in need of information on property management and CTTT matters.
A long-standing member of REINSW, Tim is also a Life Fellow. He has held positions on a number of REINSW committees over the years and currently sits on the Property Management Chapter Committee, having also served as chair. Tim was awarded the Woodrow Weight Award in 1999 for outstanding real estate agency practice.
Throughout his career, Tim has actively promoted professionalism and integrity in the industry and has applied these attributes to all his activities. |

Miles Felstead has conducted a specialist property management business in Mosman since 1976. He is also a registered valuer and a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute.
Miles has been a member of REINSW since 1977, and is Fellow of REINSW and recipient of the 1997 REINSW Service Award. He has served on the REINSW Property Management Chapter Committee for 25 years, holding the position of Chair from 1989 to 1991.
Miles is a regular speaker at REINSW Property Management forums, using these forums as an opportunity to pass on his wealth of knowledge to his property management colleagues and peers. |

Annette Ferrari has been a popular member of the REINSW training team for more than 10 years, and has worked in the real estate industry as an agency Principal and sales specialist for almost 20 years. She is a highly qualified trainer, with a Masters in Behavioural Science, a Bachelor of Arts (Communications Studies), and a Bachelor of Adult Education.
Expertly facilitating all programs offered by REINSW, Annette couples her diverse understanding of the subject matter with thorough theoretical analysis.
Annette’s practical day-to-day agency knowledge is complemented by her entertaining style, making her a favourite among students. Her professionalism and passion for the industry is reflected in the patience and encouragement she accords her students. |

Jo-Anne Hamilton’s career in real estate spans almost 30 years, and she has been a licensed real estate agent since 1986. She specialises in property management and has managed the residential property management team of a successful agency for more than 20 years.
Jo-Anne sees great value in education and understands the challenges of learning new knowledge and skills. Personal experience juggling full-time work and family life makes her an empathetic and effective trainer, and she is always looking for ways to make the learning experience relevant to real life practice.
In addition to property management, Jo-Anne specialises in communication – a vital ingredient for success in real estate. She has a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, a TAFE Diploma in Real Estate Practice, a Bachelor of Arts in literature and psychology, and Masters in Organisational Communication. |

Craig Hesse has over 25 years real estate experience and has been a trainer with REINSW since 2007. He holds real estate, business, stock & station and strata management licences. Craig is also an Accredited Auctioneer and qualified Trainer and RPL Assessor.
He has trained and written material for the Course in Property Practice, continuing professional development and Licensing units. Craig keeps up to date with legislative changes and enjoys the face-to-face training environment, particular at the Course in Property Practice level where he can share his experience with people who are new to the industry.

Bob is a licensed real estate agent and an accredited auctioneer. He is also a licensed business agent, stock and station agent, and strata manager. Bob’s depth of knowledge is second to none, and the commitment and enthusiasm he brings to the classroom is evidence of his passion for the industry.

Anthony Merritt
An experienced trainer, friendly and approachable, Anthony Merritt joined REINSW in 2010. Passionate about education and training, he has quickly settled in as part of the team.
Having received his own real estate training through REINSW, Anthony has always wanted to work for the organisation and pass on his own love of learning.
A licensed real estate agent, Anthony has a vast range of experience including course and assessment writing, assessing, sales and marketing, negotiation and communication skills.
Anthony brings with him a thorough knowledge of NSW and ACT legislation, having a great personal interest in the legal side of the real estate industry. He comes from a sales backgroun, but has a passion for all areas of real estate practice.
With an engaging and interactive presentation style, Anthony believes that his greatest accomplishment will be if his students not only learn the necessary information, but enjoy learning. Spend five minutes with him and you can tell that he loves what he does! |

Ian McKnight graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Master of Laws degree in 1973 and 1983 respectively. He was admitted to practice as a solicitor in 1975.
He has practised in the strata law area since 1984 and is the author of Strata Law and Practice in New South Wales Court Forms and Precedents. He has written extensively in the area of strata law. In addition, Ian has been the director of a corporate strata management agency and holds a strata managing agents licence. |

Steve Pearce is a Chief Superintendent with the NSW Fire Brigades. He has been a firefighter for the past 23 years, having been stationed as a firefighter and officer in a myriad of locations throughout NSW.
Steve has attended and managed some of NSW's largest incidents, including major explosions, floods, storms, rescues and hazmat incidents.
His current position is Assistant Director Community Risk, and he is charged with managing various business units designed to increase the resilience and capacity of communities and businesses in relation to emergency incidents. He is regularly called upon to present to business and community groups in relation to community engagement, preparedness and prevention - a business area that is critical to the NSWFB service delivery model.

David Pentecost is REINSW's Compliance Auditor and has worked in the real estate industry for almost 30 years.
David's career in real estate has seen him work in roles as diverse as at the Australian Embassy in Vienna and as a manager of the Salvation Army property portfolio. It was during his time working for a hospital trust that looked after property developments such as day surgeries and nursing homes however that he honed his skills in compliance and understanding complicated legislation.
Since joining REINSW, David has been responsible for the development of the REINSW Compliance Review Service and has visited hundreds of offices around NSW, helping agents comply with the Property, Stock and Business Agents Act and the Regulation. His practical, easy-to-understand presentation style receives rave reviews wherever he goes. |

Joy has a wealth of experience in both corporate management and real estate, and has a reputation for engaging and motivating her students by using practical and creative techniques. Her skills and experience have seen her train in many business sectors including real estate, education, IT, not-for-profit, and retail.
Her areas of expertise include business, management and real estate. Joy also regularly facilitates sessions in Certificate IV in Training and Assessment to Trainers and L&D specialists.

Nick Vrabac has been the Deputy Chairperson (Determinations) at the CTTT since February 2002.
He has had extensive experience as a legal practitioner in both the private and public sectors. The position of Deputy Chairperson (Determinations) is responsible for the CTTT's adjudication function and assists the Chairperson in the management of the membership.
Nick provides specialist advice regarding how to prepare tenancy cases, and gives tips about how to develop a case as an applicant and a respondent to ensure the best outcomes. |

Philip Western was appointed Valuer General in September 2003. He is the principal advisor to the NSW Government on valuation issues, and his responsibilities include the regulatory functions relating to statutory land valuations, professional conduct and ensuring the integrity of the valuation system and processes.
Philip has been responsible for some significant enhancements to the NSW valuation system in a drive to improve the accuracy and consistency of land values, and to provide more transparency.
In 2003, Philip was made a Fellow of the NSW division of the Australian Institute of Valuers. He is currently a member of the CPD and Education Committees for the division and has served on a number of sub-committees. |

Megan Wilson is a licensed real estate agent who has specialised in property management for the last 13 years.
Throughout the course of her career, Megan has always recognised the importance of continuing training and development – attending regular real estate workshops to increase her knowledge and networking contacts.
It was her interest in the training side of real estate that led her to become a property management trainer. It was during a CPD workshop that Megan met another trainer from REINSW who helped her to achieve her dream. After completing a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, it was not long before she joined the REINSW team.
Megan is confident and knowledgeable, so presenting to a room full of students has never been a problem. The students she trains often refer to her sense of humour, enthusiasm, honesty and great use of real life situations when giving them feedback. |
