New spring campaign for

On 26 September 2011, officially launched its latest brand campaign, which encourages consumers to get the inside view on property.  

As the industry-owned portal, provides consumers with data and commentary on the market from credible market experts working within the industry.

As a result the campaign aims to educate consumers on how can help them make informed buying and selling decisions via key site features, which include:

  • expertVIEW Blog
  • Advice Centre
  • Suburb profiles
  • Local data
In addition, the campaign provides an extra incentive for consumers to visit the site - users are given the chance to win 1 of 8 $1,000 JB Hi Fi vouchers.

The campaign is being promoted via:

  • Mobile billboard advertising: branded mobile billboards will be roaming around Sydney. Melbourne and Adelaide across eight weeks of the campaign period. The mobile billboards will be targeting high traffic areas and key events. In addition, mobile billboards will also be featured in and around suburbs with Open for Inspections and auctions.
  • Online advertising: Banner advertising will displayed across the Yahoo7!, Ninemsn and Sensis networks.
  • Email marketing: Over 300,000 consumers will be emailed during the campaign to entice users to visit the landing page and enter the promotion.
  • Agent property magazines: will be featured in some of the prominent individual agency magazines in New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia across the promotion period in the form of ads and flyer inserts.
  • Flyer distribution: these will be provided to selected agencies to assist to promote the campaign.
